Ease Earn Institute – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Ease Earn Institute (“Institute”) and the client or student (“Client”) collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Course Registration and Payment:

• All courses must be registered and paid for in advance.
• Payments can be made through the Ease Earn website or in person at the institute.
• Enrollment in a course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. Store Expansion Services:

• Ease Earn provides store development and design services upon agreement.
• Project timelines and milestones will be communicated to the client during the project initiation.

3. Income Projections for Online Stores:

• Ease Earn does not guarantee specific income levels or success for online stores.
• Clients acknowledge that individual success is influenced by various external factors.These external factors could include, but are not limited to:Market Conditions: Economic conditions, market trends, and industry changes that can affect the performance of a business or online store.Individual Effort and Application: The level of effort, dedication, and application of skills by the individual client or participant in implementing the knowledge gained from the course.

  Competitive Landscape: The competitive environment within the industry or market in which the client operates.

  Economic and Global Events: Events such as economic downturns, global crises, or geopolitical events that can impact businesses and industries.

  Technological Changes: Rapid changes in technology that may affect the relevance or performance of digital marketing strategies, SEO techniques, or online store development.)

4. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for store development.
• Clients are expected to actively participate in courses and adhere to the Institute’s guidelines.

5. Domain and Hosting Renewals:

• Domains and web hosting services will automatically renew every year unless otherwise specified.
• Premium domain names will renew at the regular price as specified by the domain registrar.

6. Domain Ownership and Transfers:

• Clients have the option to transfer their domain names to their own accounts after the launch.
• Premium domain names purchased through Ease Earn Institute will be transferred to the client’s account.

7. Store, Blog, or Domain Return/Sale:

• Clients acknowledge that Ease Earn Institute only launches new stores, blogs, or purchases premium domains from domain brokers.
• Ease Earn Institute is not responsible for any return of investment or sale of stores, blogs, or premium domains after launch. Check out our Refund Policy.

8. Termination of Services:

The Institute reserves the right to terminate services or enrollment for violation of terms or disruptive behavior.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Pakistan].

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Ease Earn Institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

By engaging with Ease Earn Institute’s courses or services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
